Your breakfast

A full and varied breakfast is served in our eco-building where you can enjoy the bright breakfast room with a view of the waterfall. It includes many kinds of breads and pastries, cold meats, cheeses, homemade jams, organic cereals, local yogurts, and fresh fruit.

What a good start to a day of hiking or tourism!

COVID-19: our breakfast buffet is unfortunately not recommended by the Ministry of Health, in order to comply with the proper safety measures.

Common areas:

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory when not sitting at the table
  • Instructions displayed in front of the restroom areas
  • 1 person may enter the restroom at a time
  • Doors, windows, and staff hands are always disinfected
  • Plexiglas separation at the reception

Entrance:

  • Posting of COVID-19 Safety Instructions
  • Hand disinfection areas
  • 1 guest enters at a time and is accompanied by an employee

Rooms:

  • Rooms are cleaned and disinfected regularly
  • There are 5 hours between each customer during which time the rooms are cleaned
  • Room service on request
  • Safety instructions are sent by email when booking
  • Decorative objects were removed from rooms to avoid unnecessary contact

Restaurant:

  • Wearing of mask obligatory when not at your table
  • Please prioritise contactless payment
  • We provide plastic menus so they can be disinfected after each guest
  • No decorations on the tables
  • Service tray A for unloading tables
  • Serving tray B for food
  • Drinks tray A and B
  • 1.5m distance between tables
  • Table service of up to 4 people
  • Disinfection of tables and chairs

Breakfast room:

  • 1.5m distance between tables
  • Table service (no more breakfast buffets)
  • Plan breakfast in your room
  • Tablecloth + disposable napkins
  • Disinfection of tables and chairs

COVID-19 measures for the safety and health of employees
Barrier gestures:

  • Wearing of a mask

Cleaning:

  • Each employee is assigned several personal mops to clean different types of surfaces
  • 2 wash cloths per room: 1 for the living area, 1 for the bathroom
  • Disinfection of areas with gloves

Breaks:

  • 1 cloakroom per employee
  • Change of work clothes every day
  • Changing of mask every day
  • Meal with 2 meters distance

Suppliers:

  • Merchandise/deliveries left outside and nobody comes in
  • Wearing of a mask
